Olive-Harvey College South Chicago Campus offers the Certified Nurse Assistant Program, Child Development 149, Medical Terminology courses, Conversational Spanish as well as other courses.
Students are prepared for both higher education and employment. In addition to the vocational and technical training, the Campus offers primary and secondary adult education courses necessary to receive the General Educational Development (GED) certificate. Furthermore, we offer English as a Second Language for those students whose native language is not English.
The South Chicago Campus also contributes to the community with its close relationships with community agencies and organizations, as well as, with community churches. This active network helps to provide vital services to the residents of the community and surrounding areas.
The campus also has close ties with employment services such as Illinois Employment Training Center (IETC) offices and South East Chicago Development Commission (SEDCOM) which allows the South Chicago Campus to provide referral services, continuous workshops and resource fairs.
