How to Request Transcripts

There are two ways you can request a transcript. You can either come in and fill out a transcript request form in person at the Registrar's Office, room 1405. Or, you can send us a letter via the mail. We must have your signature to send out a transcript.

If you send us a transcript request via the mail, you must include:

  • Your name
  • Social Security Number
  • Date of birth
  • Approximate dates you attended the college
  • The exact address of where the transcript should be sent

If you attended the college under a different name, please include that name also. Be sure to sign and date your request.

 

How Much Does It Cost?
The first transcript is free; each additional transcript is $5.00. If you require your transcript sent by fax, the additional fee is $5.00 for each transcript. Send a money order (we no longer accept checks for transcript requests) payable to Olive-Harvey College to cover fee.

If you need a transcript immediately, visit the Registrar's Office for an official copy of your transcript in a sealed envelope. There is a $10.00 fee to pick-up a transcript.

 

* If you have any holds on your account you will be unable to receive a transcript until all holds are resolved. Please contact the Registrar's Office for more information.
